We’ll create a formatted draft of your story page and send it over for you to review.

Post on social.
Share your story page on social media to allow others to learn about breast implants.

FAQs
Q: Where will my story be shared?
We’ll create your personalized story page on the BISA website. We’ll also potentially share it on social media, in our Life Letter, or on our other digital channels. We ask for a release at the bottom of the form.
Q: Do I include photos or video?
Yes! However, photos, video, and any other media submissions are completely optional/ It’s up to you.
Q: Should I save the responses before I submit?
Yes! We recommend filing your responses in a document prior to submitting them to our Google form — so there's no chance you'll lose what you've already written.
